Mr. Abdurrahman Kafas led a successful collaborative efforts in research and development with multiple prestigious universities in Turkey including Ankara University and Hacettepe University.

Latest adventure is the establishment ABAvac – Ankara; to produce Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccines based on European GMP standards – first time in MENA region.

Abdurrahman attained his MBA from Damascus University.

Dr. Ozdemir had been an active member of the Turkish Atomic Energy Authority Researcher at the Medical and Veterinary Departments from 1992-2011.

Dr. Ozdemir had been a faculty at Ankara University, Yüzüncüyıl University and Uludağ University.

Dr. Ozdemir has published many scientific publications, attended many conferences as speaker and attained multiple patents under his name.

  • BS in Clinical Laboratory Sciences (1995)

Samer is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Aveta Business Institute, USA ; a Certified Professional Manager – James Madison School of Business. Samer is a College of American Pathologists (CAP) inspector, a Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) chapter leader and a member at American Society for Quality (ASQ). Samer acted as an adjunct Assistant Professor at (UWM) University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee 1998.

Samer is well versed and known for his expertise in organizational development and culture change, holistic quality improvement and patient safety programs, and process redesign. Samer has been a key note speaker in multiple national and international conferences and developed and delivered multiple QM training programs.
